Finance Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Group’s accounts payable function, monthly close processes, and core reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany activities, including loan accounts, management charges, and bank balances oversight.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and collaborate closely with external accountants on audits and tax schedules.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls, escalating risks through formal reporting channels.
• Operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, supported by education or transferable skills.
• Confidence in communication and collaboration across teams.
