Reporting and Decision Support

  • Partner with FP&A, Business Intelligence, and Operations stakeholders to shape recurring reporting, dashboards, and performance views that support faster and better decision-making
  • Use reporting and analysis to highlight emerging trends, isolate root causes, and ensure leaders have timely, actionable insight into business performance

Incentive Compensation Administration and Oversight

  • Assist in the administration and oversight of incentive and bonus plans across the portfolio of locations
  • Ensure plan mechanics are accurately calculated, consistently applied, and clearly communicated to stakeholders; identify and escalate structural issues or anomalies
