Finance Operations & Strategy Associate

Overview

The organization is seeking a Finance Operations & Strategy Associate to support the Operations and Finance team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role focused on running core processes, driving strategic initiatives, and helping shape how the organization scales. The position provides exposure across finance, operations, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, with a broad view of how a high-growth SaaS startup operates.

Responsibilities

• Solve high-impact problems across finance, operations, strategy, and GTM
• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, including analyzing, recommending, and executing
• Support company-building work such as:
  • Financial modeling
  • Planning
  • Org design
  • Compensation
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
• Build scalable processes and systems to support growth
• Prepare materials for board, investors, and leadership

• Background in consulting, investment banking, finance, or strategy

Engagement Details

• Type: Open to both part-time and full-time arrangements
• Schedule: Must be willing to work within Pacific Time (PT) hours
• Location: Remote; open to candidates globally
