Overview

This role involves training and reviewing AI outputs to ensure accurate handling of sensitive financial information. As a Financial Accuracy Specialist, you will audit AI-generated financial statements, tax guidance, and expense reports to confirm mathematical correctness and compliance with local accounting and tax rules.

Responsibilities

  • Statement Auditing: Review AI-generated balance sheets and P&L statements to ensure the calculations balance correctly.
  • Tax Logic Verification: Verify whether the AI applies the correct tax rates and rules for the relevant country (e.g., VAT in Europe or Zakat in the Middle East).
  • Expense Categorization: Train the AI to correctly tag expenses (e.g., distinguishing between a “Travel Expense” and a “Capital Asset”).
  • Fraud Detection Training: Identify unusual patterns that could indicate issues such as double-billing or suspicious financial activity.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language (required because tax laws and accounting terminology vary by country).
  • English Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) English to follow project instructions.
  • Precision Mindset: Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and numerical accuracy.

Assessment

To be hired into the community, you must complete:

  • A subject-specific qualification exam to determine suitability for the position
