Overview

This role supports wealth management growth by helping advisors build long-term client relationships with strong operational and lead-generation support. The employer provides tools, efficient processes, and a client-first service model to help advisors spend more time with clients and less time chasing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.
  • Build tailored financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and long-term planning.
  • Present clear recommendations and guide clients through decisions in a simple, understandable way.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, run review meetings, and adjust plans as life and markets change.
  • Stay organized and compliant using planning, CRM, and portfolio tools.
  • Work with internal teams for onboarding, service, and operations support.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (RIA experience ideal).
  • CFP, CFA or similar credentials.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting advice to a wide range of clients and keeping relationships over time.
  • Growth mindset and interest in working with modern marketing, automation, and planning tools.
  • Clean compliance record.
  • $15+ million AUM that will follow during a transition.
  • Clean U4. If not, explain why.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FINRA broker-dealer registration familiarity (examples: Series 7, 24, 79, or similar), if applicable to your current licensing situation.
