Financial Analyst

Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Pricing to join their Pricing team. This analytical role focuses on precision in data analysis and pricing decisions, supporting multiple service business lines through deal management and contracting. The position requires a high-integrity professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial aspects of RFPs, proactive opportunities, and renewal processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement areas based on data analysis and insights.
• Participate in deal reviews, negotiations, and contract discussions as a trusted partner to the Commercial team, supporting sales pitches, renewals, term sheets, and leadership presentations.
• Standardize and improve deal management processes by developing best practice procedures, templates, and tools.
• Utilize analytic tools to develop pricing models, dashboards, trend reports, profitability analyses, and savings assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, finance, and other functional teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems using creativity and sound judgment within organizational policies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience including strategic pricing and deal management initiatives with demonstrated profit growth.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations functions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to support both structured and unstructured business initiatives.
• Highly organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
