Overview

The role focuses on training and refining AI Assistant models within the financial domain by reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, capital markets, and other financial principles. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing contractors to set their own schedules and select projects aligned with their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex and diverse financial problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses for accuracy and reasoning.
- Review AI-generated answers related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Share structured, clear feedback to guide AI model enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of more reliable and intelligent AI systems by testing AI models with challenging questions to assess reasoning capabilities and robustness.
Requirements
- Strong financial reasoning skills with formal training in a finance-related discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in fields such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.
- Professional experience demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to evaluate complex scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in relevant finance disciplines.
- Experience with financial analysis, data analysis, model evaluation, financial modeling, AI training, and data annotation.
