FINANCIAL ANALYST ASSOCIATE

Overview

This role is for a Financial Analyst Associate supporting the Air & Space Force Business Area. The position involves managing financial aspects of multiple programs, collaborating with operations and support functions, and driving key financial outcomes such as orders, revenue, margin, and days sales outstanding (DSO) to meet fiscal year goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, or support multiple programs from a financial perspective
• Collaborate with operations and other support teams to manage all financial aspects at the program level
• Drive key financial outcomes related to orders, revenue, margin, and DSO
• Utilize financial systems such as Oracle, OAS, Hyperion, and Minerva to manage programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems (Oracle, OBIEE)
• Strong communication and written communication skills
• Financial analysis skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate range: $25.63 - $34.50 (salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and may fall outside this range)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Less than 10% travel required
