Overview
An analytical team focused on precision in data analysis and pricing decisions is seeking a Financial Analyst, Strategic Pricing. This role involves driving deal management and contracting across multiple service business lines. The position requires a professional who is influential, inquisitive, impactful, and operates with high integrity in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with various business unit partners to develop and implement pricing strategies is essential to help improve access to medications.
This position requires current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future, including F1 OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, or similar statuses, will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies, structures, guidance, and governance for strategic product launches and existing offerings to ensure competitive and profitable positioning.
- Provide comprehensive financial and analytical support to assess current and projected deal and program performance for informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain complex profitability models using large datasets to analyze financial outcomes and identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Analyze industry market trends, competitor tactics, product offerings, and margin opportunities; communicate insights effectively to management to inform strategic initiatives.
- Lead standardization of best practices, processes, procedures, and templates related to product pricing and deal management to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Manage deal processes and lead projects by establishing timelines, deliverables, and preparing communications or presentations for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and other functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment on pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic pricing and deal management with measurable profit growth.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of working effectively with leaders across multiple functions including Commercial, Product, and Operations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support both structured and unstructured business initiatives.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while shifting priorities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $73,900 to $123,100, determined by performance, experience, skills, market conditions, and geographic location.
