Financial Analyst, Corporate Development

Overview

This role supports financial analysis and strategic decision-making to help optimize client outcomes and business initiatives within a physician-led radiology organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine financial analyses to support client optimization, negotiations, and business decisions.
• Partner with leadership, business development, and operations teams to support client needs and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate financial insights, business impact, and recommendations to executives and internal stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning, monthly reporting, client performance monitoring, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Develop leadership presentations and detailed financial reports, leveraging advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or a related field preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong financial reporting and quantitative/qualitative analytical skills, including data mining, financial modeling, and working with complex raw data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $68,600.00–$102,800.00
• Final determinations may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
