Overview

A growing digital infrastructure company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. This role supports the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by managing core planning, modeling, and analysis activities as the team scales. The position reports to the Director of FP&A and focuses on operational expense (opex) and operating side financials.

Responsibilities

  • Own month-end variance analysis comparing actuals to plan on opex and operating expenses, explaining key drivers.
  • Support development and maintenance of the company’s operating budget and forecast.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses to provide leadership with clear visibility into financial performance.
  • Gather business inputs from across the organization to support planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, comfortable working within established model structures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with FP&A or planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Insights, Anaplan, Planful) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $74,000 – $89,000
  • Competitive pay with meaningful impact on work
