Financial Analyst Intermediate

Overview

This role involves performing financial analysis and reporting to support the organization's financial operations and strategic decision-making. The position is remote within Missouri and is part of a collaborative finance team focused on turning data into actionable insights to drive operational and financial success in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and operational financial analysis.
• Conduct statistical, cost, and financial analysis using data from various internal sources.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Serve as a consultant to management at all levels by providing decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) distances, including color identification.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech for oral communication and ability to hear alarms or malfunctioning machinery.
• Frequent keyboard use and data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
