Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst position is available within the FP&A team, focusing primarily on business partnering with newly acquired companies as part of M&A integration efforts. This individual contributor role reports to the FP&A Director, Strategy & Planning, and involves helping newly acquired businesses assimilate into the financial reporting rhythm of the organization. The role supports corporate reporting and cash flow forecasting and is fully remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary FP&A contact for newly acquired companies, building trust with local finance and operational leaders to translate historical financials, KPIs, and reporting practices into the corporate framework.
  • Support onboarding of acquired entities into corporate planning, budgeting, and reporting systems, standardizing chart of accounts, reporting templates, and financial definitions.
  • Identify cooperation opportunities and integration risks; prepare monthly financial reviews and variance analyses for acquired companies.
  • Integrate new entities to ensure data integrity across systems and prepare consolidated corporate reporting packages for leadership, the board, and lenders.
  • Assist in building consolidated cash flow forecasts, partnering with treasury and accounting to monitor actuals against forecasts and support scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Implement improvements to financial processes and reporting automation to accommodate a growing, multi-entity organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial modeling and proficiency in Excel, including building driver-based models.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete data from newly acquired businesses and build structure around it.
  • Mindset focused on continuous improvement and leveraging AI to enhance integration, reporting, and forecasting processes through automation and latest technologies.
  • Experience supporting M&A due diligence, integration, or post-merger reporting.
  • Familiarity with FP&A planning tools such as Adaptive, Pigment, or Anaplan.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges by state (annual):

  • Colorado: $100,300 - $160,500
  • Washington: $100,300 - $177,200
  • California: $100,300 - $194,300
  • New York City: $100,300 - $194,300

Actual salary may vary based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
