Overview

A leading financial management solutions provider is seeking a Staff Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This strategic finance role involves delivering data-driven insights to influence key business decisions and support financial planning processes across multiple business segments. The position reports to the Group Finance Manager and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Corporate FP&A processes such as monthly close reporting, forecasting, current estimates, target setting, headcount forecasting, guidance setting, and preparation for earnings and Board presentations.
  • Provide comprehensive analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support strategic business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement financial and operational processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders by delivering financial insights and influencing executive decision-making.
  • Prepare and present clear reports and presentations tailored for executive audiences, including dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data, challenge assumptions, and ensure financial information accuracy.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance FP&A processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A or related fields such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or analytics.
  • Strong foundation in financial theory and ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial results into clear narratives for executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Hyperion Essbase is a plus.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent; MBA and/or CFA designation preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives or organizational change projects is advantageous.
