Financial Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support profitability analysis, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including the finance manager and CFO, to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance manager or CFO in ensuring that overall financial trends and the impacts of key initiatives are accurately reflected in forecasts and reports.
• Identify underperforming customers and vendors by analyzing the key drivers affecting profitability.
• Quantify the financial impact of cost control initiatives and recommend strategies for expense management.
• Assist the local CFO and market CFO in the performance of financial forecasts and analysis.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBR) and the annual operating plan (AOP) process to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to control costs, reduce expenses, and improve overall financial efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification (preferred but not mandatory).
