Financial Analyst

Overview

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $67,000–$77,000 per year

In this position, you’ll take ownership of assigned responsibilities while keeping information and follow-up well organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and supporting schedules for recurring business reviews.
• Summarize financial observations in clear, decision-useful language.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis using organized financial data.
• Reconcile analytical inputs to source records and document assumptions.
• Maintain financial models and verify inputs before results are shared.

Requirements

• Methodical problem-solving and reliable follow-through.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Careful attention to numerical accuracy and supporting documentation.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
