Financial Controller

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking a Controller to join their team. This role supports the development of AI Assistant models tailored to finance professionals by leveraging expert financial knowledge. The position offers remote work flexibility with options for full-time, part-time, or periodic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance management reasoning
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred but not required
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling
• Ability to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
