Financial Controller

Overview

A growing organization focused on advancing AI technology is seeking a Controller with expertise in finance to contribute to the development of AI Assistant models tailored for finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the intelligence and reliability of AI models
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI-generated financial analyses and solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance management reasoning tasks
• Advanced degree in a finance-related discipline (Master’s or PhD preferred but not required)
• Relevant professional experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits
