Financial Controller

Overview

A growing organization focused on advancing AI capabilities is seeking a Controller with expertise in finance to join their remote team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, allowing for part-time, full-time, or periodic engagement. The position involves contributing to the development of AI Assistant models tailored to support finance professionals by leveraging advanced financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the intelligence and reliability of AI models
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI-generated financial analyses and solutions

Qualifications

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
