Overview
This role involves driving financial planning and forecasting for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow across the organization. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build accurate financial models and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with various stakeholders
- Monitor performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Deliver financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
- Develop long-range financial plans aligned with strategic business objectives and growth targets
- Evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and automation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles
- Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
- Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools
- Strong communication skills to clearly and concisely explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in FP&A within the software or technology industry
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $76,800 to $186,200 annually
- Total direct compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity value
- Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience
