Overview

A Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst role is available to support financial planning and forecasting for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow across the organization. This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to build accurate financial models and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
  • Develop long-range financial plans aligned with strategic business objectives and growth targets
  • Evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and automation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles
  • Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and concisely explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in FP&A within the software or technology industry
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $76,800 to $186,200 per year
  • Total direct compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity value
  • Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience
  • Location-based compensation structure may apply
