Financial Reporting Analyst

Overview

This role supports the creation and evaluation of reporting-reasoning challenges used to train AI modules. You will design realistic financial reporting scenarios—such as disclosure judgments, close-process questions, and statement-analysis cases—to test an AI model’s ability to reason with technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting scenarios, disclosure exercises, and statement-analysis cases that challenge AI models
• Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy under GAAP/IFRS
• Collaborate with accounting and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage

Required Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting or technical accounting
• Strong command of GAAP/IFRS and financial statement preparation
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or comparable credential
• SEC reporting or audit-facing experience
• Familiarity with reporting systems and close software is a plus
