FP&A Analyst

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their remote team. This flexible role accommodates full-time, part-time, or periodic engagement, allowing professionals to contribute according to their availability.

The team is expanding into developing AI Assistant models tailored to support finance professionals by improving AI understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess reasoning capabilities.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model intelligence and reliability.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial reasoning skills with formal training in finance-related disciplines.
• Preferred candidates hold or are pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree.
• Relevant experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
