Overview
This role is for an FP&A Financial Analyst on the Corporate team supporting central functions and enterprise consolidation. The position involves management reporting, financial planning, and detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will partner with business leaders, drive process improvements, and serve as a super user of financial reporting and planning software.
Responsibilities
- Provide monthly management reporting analyzing variances between actuals and budget/forecast, delivering forward-looking insights to management.
- Lead preparation and consolidation of budget and forecast deliverables to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Conduct detailed vendor-level variance analysis to track operational expenses and identify spending trends.
- Manage headcount analytics and collaborate with business leaders to align staffing with approved budgets.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate financial processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to drive efficiency and uncover deeper insights.
- Act as a super user for the cloud-based corporate financial consolidation system, contributing to process improvements.
- Deliver weekly bookings reporting and analysis to executive leadership to highlight business trends and track performance.
- Produce quarterly financial deliverables for investor relations to ensure timely and accurate external reporting.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Inquisitive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building dynamic financial models and using advanced functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for forecasting and reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Target hiring range in the U.S.: $65,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Actual salary depends on factors including location, education, training, and experience.

Location & Work Authorization
- Candidates must have existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to the $100,000 filing fee under the September 2025 Presidential Proclamation.
