Overview
This 12-week internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. It is designed for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) bookings, pipeline, subscription revenue, and other go-to-market metrics.
- Support forecasting processes by gathering data, updating files, and tracking performance against plans.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for finance and business partners.
- Perform basic analysis on sales performance, compensation trends, and business results.
- Review data for accuracy and identify variances, trends, and follow-up items.
- Collaborate with team members across finance, sales operations, and revenue teams to collect and organize information.
- Lead a key project to develop a revenue forecasting model using historical revenue data.
- Support ad hoc projects related to planning, reporting, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial planning and analysis, go-to-market finance, and business performance reporting.
- Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior work experience is not required.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in SaaS, sales strategy, or revenue analysis.
- Coursework exposure in finance, accounting, statistics, or business analytics.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $27 to $40 per hour, based on factors such as academic year, location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
- Flexible 40 hours per week schedule, with additional flexibility once the academic year resumes.

Location
- This role is fully remote within the United States or hybrid for candidates located near one of the organization's US offices.
