FP&A Manager

Overview

As the organization expands its hardware suite across new product lines, this role focuses on scaling capex modeling infrastructure and improving financial analysis across capital expenditure and hardware supply chain operations. You will optimize inventory planning and help drive data-backed decision-making across operations expenditure.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, data analysis, and long-range planning for all capital expenditure and hardware supply chain operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Sales leadership to evaluate capex investments and hardware deployment economics.
• Upgrade and automate inventory forecasting models to monitor consumption trends across core hardware and product accessories.
• Direct production and inventory data analysis for demand planning reviews to align accessory ordering decisions with field consumption.
• Identify structural savings opportunities across capex spend while evaluating new strategic hardware initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modeling capabilities and quantitative analysis skills applied to complex, unstructured business problems.
• Practical experience building data models in tools such as Google Sheets, Sigma, or dedicated FP&A platforms.
• Demonstrated track record managing cross-functional projects on time while collaborating effectively with business partners.
• Experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline (required).
• Prior experience with hardware products or supply chain operations (plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary between $119,000 and $140,000.
• Stock options.
• Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, and market indicators.
• Equity, sales bonus plans where applicable, and benefits are not included in the stated range.
• The range may be adjusted over time, and the posting may span more than one career level.

Location

• Priority for candidates in Atlanta and Boston (hub-based roles with in-person time).
• Remote roles exist; postings that are open to remote work indicate so.
