FP&A Senior Analyst

Overview

This is a fully remote role.

The organization is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the U.S. Glass segment by delivering accurate financial reporting and forecasting. This position provides analysis that informs leadership decisions affecting business performance, partnering closely with operations to strengthen financial understanding and support strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses, and support quarterly earnings and monthly business reviews
• Identify key risks, opportunities, and drivers impacting the business
• Produce weekly and monthly financial reports with variance analysis across multiple organizational levels
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reporting, including sales, customer tracking, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze monthly close P&L statements and store-level financials
• Develop and implement new reporting tools based on business needs
• Present financial analysis and forecasts to business partners regularly
• Manage expense forecasting and contribute to annual expense budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Quick learner of new systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective at managing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Ability to collaborate across business functions
• Skilled at communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous process and tool improvement

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $76,900.00 - $137,300.00 annually
