  • Monitor market and business line performance against plans; identify risks and opportunities to improve operational performance, and support business adaptation with market and business leads.
  • Develop processes, tools, and agreements that support business management, quality financial and business performance, and oversight; ensure financial data is complete and accurate.
  • Provide financial modeling, analysis, and counsel to support strategic decisions, including capital allocation, pricing for existing and new segments, and investment sequencing for new geographies.
  • Oversee tax management and ensure invoicing between entities and within markets is managed appropriately.
  • Lead financial due diligence for new partnerships, grants, and investment structures.
  • Lead finance workstreams for legal entity and holding company structure, tax planning, restructuring, and new market entry (including entity set-up) and partnerships.
  • Manage the finance team, including the Controller and Strategic Financial Analyst and regional finance leads for Africa, Latin America, and Asia, with dotted-line leadership of market Finance and Operations managers to ensure operational finance is robust and independently capable.
