Overview
This role supports the Home Equity team by facilitating the home equity loan process for members, helping ensure timely access to funds. Success in this position depends on delivering strong member service, maintaining clear communication throughout the process, and collaborating with internal teams to support efficient loan processing.
Responsibilities
- Review loan documents from members and third-party vendors to satisfy required conditions, including income verification, title, and appraisal reports.
- Communicate daily with members to provide updates and set expectations throughout the loan process.
- Educate members on Home Equity products and respond to member inquiries.
- Use internal reports and dashboards to maintain required service levels and complete daily tasks.
- Collaborate with Home Equity team members and other business areas.
- Prepare for and participate in regular pipeline reviews with management.
- Provide coverage for colleagues to maintain member communication and processing workflows.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance processing, preferably in real estate lending.
- Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

- Estimated pay range: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
