Implementation Specialist (Payroll/PEO/HRIS)

Overview

This is a remote position.

This role involves partnering with a network of payroll, HR, and PEO companies to connect job seekers with multiple job opportunities simultaneously. The network streamlines the job search process by ensuring resumes reach the right contacts at the right time, often for positions that are not publicly posted.

Candidates are considered for various open positions nationwide. To maintain efficiency, applicants are requested to avoid applying multiple times for different positions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the network to identify suitable job opportunities aligned with your qualifications and professional goals.
• Prepare thoroughly for interviews with client companies through personalized support.
• Utilize resume review and interview preparation services to enhance candidacy.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience working for a payroll service bureau or Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
• Experience with one or more of the following systems or processes is preferred:
  • UKG Ready
  • isolved
  • Asure Evolution
  • ExecuPay
  • MPAY
  • ApexHCM
  • Tax Notice Resolution
  • APTM
  • MasterTax
  • Other related payroll or HR systems
