Infor LN Functional Analyst – Finance CSIE

Overview

A client is undertaking an ERP migration project, transitioning from a legacy ERP system to Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). They are seeking a Finance, Compliance & Order-to-Cash Functional Analyst to support this implementation. This role can be a 2-year contract or potentially a full-time position, with remote work options and required travel to Colorado approximately one week per month (travel expenses covered).

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) modules related to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Order-to-Cash processes (including sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, and billing).
• Provide functional user support and troubleshoot finance, order-to-cash, posting, and reporting issues.
• Investigate financial postings, cost variances, intercompany transactions, order-to-cash flows, and revenue recognition to ensure accuracy and proper system configuration.
• Support period close activities, audit evidence preparation, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance reviews in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with Super Users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop end-user training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Finance, Compliance, and Order-to-Cash domains.
• Partner with ERP administrators and developers to test patches, software releases, and enhancements related to finance and order-to-cash reporting.
• Manage support cases with Infor for Finance, Compliance, and Order-to-Cash related incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct module ownership experience in Infor CSIE Finance, Costing, or Order-to-Cash.
• 5 to 8 years of ERP experience supporting general ledger, payables, receivables, costing, and order-to-cash functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, inter-site transactions, order-to-cash processes, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving functional issues.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Infor Certified LN Finance Consultant (preferred, not required).
• Infor Certified CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) Associate (preferred, not required).

Reporting & Work Environment

• Reports to: Business Systems Manager.
• Collaborates closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement Analysts, Manufacturing, Projects, Service Analysts, ERP Platform Admin, Developers, Finance, Customer Service, and Internal Audit teams.
• Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite in Colorado.
• Schedule: Primarily business hours with occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour.
• This is a contract position based out of Longmont, CO.

Location

This position is fully remote with required travel to Colorado approximately one week per month.
