Investment Manager

Overview

This role involves serving as an Investment Manager across multiple investment strategies, supporting both strategy development and execution of the deal pipeline.

Compensation is revenue-sharing with no fixed salary.

Responsibilities

• Originate and qualify investment opportunities across the platform’s strategies
• Build and manage relationships with family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators
• Support due diligence, investment memos, and deal execution
• Represent the investment platform at industry events and in allocator meetings
• Work directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in private equity and/or venture capital investment strategies and execution
• Established network of family offices or institutional investors
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong investment writing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder-led team
