Lead Financial Analyst

Overview

This remote role within the Growth and Ancillary Business department involves supporting financial operations through analysis, reporting, and budget preparation. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with an annual salary range of $87,463.20 to $121,918.37.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for other analysts.
• Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis using data from various internal sources.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Load final budget spreads into applicable systems and perform necessary reconciliations.
• Provide decision support to management for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, OR
• 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytics background.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
