Lead Monetization Analyst
Overview
This role involves leading pricing and monetization strategy development across the organization, supporting new product initiatives, and driving profitable growth through advanced analytics and financial modeling. The Lead Monetization Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategies and design monetization models
- Identify and evaluate new revenue streams and bundling opportunities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on pricing and monetization
- Own modeling for new versus legacy pricing and manage transition strategies
- Analyze pricing elasticity, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
- Utilize advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to generate insights
- Provide analytical support to marketing, sales, pricing, and project teams
- Influence project direction and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Deliver executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations
- Present findings to leadership and governance forums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization strategy, or financial analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, cloud, or B2B technology pricing
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and competitive pricing
- Experience working within large organizations
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges vary by location:
- $82,969 - $110,625 in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
- $87,117 - $116,156 in CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
- $91,266 - $121,688 in AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
