Manager, Payment Integrity – Financial Performance Reporting

Overview

This role oversees the maintenance of accurate financial records, including the preparation of monthly financial reports and other analytical reports. Responsibilities include routine financial analysis and the completion of complex financial analysis, with ongoing development of expertise in financial reporting, risk management, contracting, benefit analysis, and other related financial functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reports are generated
• Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports
• Generate and review ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost, and effectiveness of healthcare services
• Gather and prepare analysis based on information from various sources and financial reports
• Provide financial and business analysis as required
• Determine appropriate actions and present findings to upper management
• Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare practices and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience, with emphasis in the health care or insurance industry

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
