Mid-Level Earned Value Analyst IRES - REMOTE

Overview

A Mid-Level Earned Value Analyst position is available to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) under the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This is a remote role requiring a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance and involves day shift work with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage project controls, cost accounting, and financial analysis by integrating scope, cost, and schedule to assess program performance.
• Implement, maintain, and review Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in compliance with organizational system descriptions and industry standards.
• Track planned value, earned value, and actual cost to produce monthly performance reports, including Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs).
• Coordinate with control account managers to explain cost and schedule variances.
• Evaluate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to assist program management in identifying cost risks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of general full-time work experience (may be reduced with advanced education).
• At least 5 years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Deltek Cobra, Empower, or other Earned Value Management (EVM) software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong math and research skills.
• Solid understanding of Earned Value Management methodologies.
• Must have or be able to obtain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Resumes must include month and year format for all experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Deltek Cobra.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with financial systems and additional EVM software tools.
