Payment Specialist

Overview

This is a fully remote role.

The organization provides enterprise-level clients with a proprietary software platform to facilitate payments via virtual card, ACH, wire, and check. The focus is on secure and timely payment processing while generating rebate revenue for clients.

The Payment Specialist role involves executing credit card payments on behalf of clients using internet portals and phone methods in coordination with the Operations Team. This position supports the payment process and may include additional tasks assigned by management to help maintain efficient, reliable client payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Make credit card payments for clients through internet portals or phone calls
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure accurate payment processing
• Assist with other assignments as directed by management
