Payroll Account Manager

Overview

A payroll services organization is seeking a Payroll Account Manager with experience using the UKG Ready platform, either from the client side or service side. The role focuses on delivering a high-touch, expert client experience by building strong, strategic partnerships with a select group of large clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to help them achieve business efficiency and effectiveness
• Process client payroll adjustments accurately
• Maintain General Ledger rules and configurations
• Assist clients with payroll processing inquiries
• Configure and build payroll reports tailored to client needs
