Overview
This full-time Payroll Specialist role (associate level) focuses on accurate payroll processing and supporting financial record reconciliation. Work supports personalized leisure vacations operations, including itineraries, supplier confirmations, reservations, and traveler support. The position emphasizes traceable documentation, exception ownership, and audit-ready recordkeeping so another authorized teammate can verify the status without rebuilding the work history.
Responsibilities
- Review payroll-focused work with the team to reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing; ensure traceability across personalized leisure vacations, itineraries, supplier confirmations, reservations, and traveler support.
- Coordinate payroll-focused work by tracking unresolved financial exceptions; ensure exceptions remain traceable and assigned to an appropriate owner.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for payroll-focused processes tied to personalized leisure vacations, itineraries, supplier confirmations, reservations, and traveler support.
- Document and protect confidential account information, ensuring appropriate handling and traceability.
- Review financial inputs against supporting records to ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting and processing.
- Use exception resolution, variance analysis, and reporting to determine whether items can be closed, require follow-up, or must be moved to an authorized owner.
Success Standard
Success means financial records, reconciliation, and exception handling remain usable under the operational demands of personalized leisure vacations, itineraries, supplier confirmations, reservations, and traveler support.
