Personal Banker

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Personal Banker to join a remote team focused on training AI models to better assist finance professionals. This role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued full-time, part-time, or on a periodic basis.

The position involves contributing financial expertise to improve AI understanding of financial principles and decision-making, particularly in areas such as macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to finance topics
• Apply professional education and experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis relevant to finance management
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a finance-related discipline preferred but not required
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits
