PMO Financial Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking a PMO Financial Analyst to support financial management strategies for an Army project. This role involves assisting with budgeting, contract deliverables, and subcontract management to ensure effective allocation and use of funding in alignment with mission goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support financial management strategies for project success
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking of funding usage
• Manage contract deliverables and subcontractor financial aspects
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Communicate consistently with project managers to monitor funding efficiency
• Utilize Excel to create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports

Requirements

• Experience with budgeting and tracking funding and usage
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage leadership and clients
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating spreadsheets in Excel
• Knowledge of government contracting
• Ability to learn quickly

Clearance

Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $43,800 to $90,000 (annualized USD), dependent on location, education, skills, experience, and organizational factors

Work Model
