Portfolio Manager

Overview

This role involves deploying and scaling profitable trading strategies on a proprietary platform. The organization is seeking an experienced, high-performing trader with a demonstrated ability to generate alpha, offering greater autonomy, access to capital, and a high-performance environment.

The platform supports a range of experience levels—from highly established traders who manage strategies end-to-end independently to developing traders who may benefit from support in research, technology, or execution. Support resources across quant research, engineering, and infrastructure are available to accelerate strategy development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and scale a proprietary trading strategy
• Develop, refine, and optimize models, signals, and execution frameworks
• Take full ownership of risk, positioning, and P&L
• Leverage proprietary technology, infrastructure, and support to expand your book
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance strategy performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or bank
• Demonstrated, consistently profitable trading strategy (all asset classes considered)
• Proven track record of live performance (beyond backtesting)
• Strong return on capital (ROC)
• Experience contributing to or leading successful trading teams
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions, including leadership, risk, compliance, engineering, and legal
