PREMIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER RM1 Suzhou SUS Sub-branch

Overview

This role supports the organization’s International Wealth and Premier Banking segment, serving retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. The position focuses on expanding and managing a Premier customer base, delivering tailored financial and investment product solutions, and supporting service and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Premier customer base and establish long-term relationships with an assigned Premier clientele portfolio.
• Manage clients’ total wealth by matching the organization’s financial and investment product solutions to clients’ needs.
• Promote Premier Service to potential customers by exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units where appropriate.
• Support branch improvement initiatives by collecting and sharing customer feedback, and ensure compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance.

Requirements

• University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline.
• Experience in a client-facing environment, with strong relationship-building capability.
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of customer centricity mindset, with dedication to delivering exceptional service quality.
• Good understanding and strong interest in the financial markets.
• Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong commercial orientation and acute interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (finance, business or a related discipline preferred).
• Frontline customer service experience.
