Overview

A leading technology organization is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their expanded Pricing team. This remote role, based anywhere in the continental United States, focuses on creating and implementing pricing strategies across Automation, Motion Control, and Services portfolios. The position involves supporting both operational activities and strategic initiatives, communicating across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable revenue growth and optimize financial returns across all sales channels
  • Enhance market competitiveness and optimize pricing strategies to capture maximum value
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions and improve pricing accuracy
  • Foster strong channel partnerships, mitigate conflict, and ensure consistent pricing policy execution
  • Ensure pricing compliance and mitigate financial and reputational risks
  • Translate complex pricing strategies into actionable commercial plans aligned with business objectives
  • Strengthen internal collaboration to align pricing strategies with company-wide goals
  • Provide critical analytical support for strategic business planning and financial forecasting
  • Accelerate informed decision-making through timely, accurate, and actionable pricing recommendations
  • Optimize operational efficiency by leveraging systems and project management for pricing execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, sales, or product management within a B2B industrial environment
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, including pricing conditions, order processing, and Sales and Distribution modules; SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel pricing structures and partner incentives
  • Experience negotiating pricing agreements across diverse B2B sales channels such as Distributors and OEMs
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate pricing policies to business partners and customers
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Ability to balance critical thinking with operational execution
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience; certifications may be required in some areas
  • Experience developing tiered pricing models and implementing price optimization strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access, advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling), and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Proven project management skills for complex initiatives
  • Experience applying value-based pricing methodologies for products, services, and solutions
  • Proficiency in contract law, regulatory compliance, and standard legal terminology
  • Strong negotiation skills focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Experience maintaining a centralized contract repository and tracking key deadlines (renewals, terminations, audits)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $74,970 to $128,520
