Overview
A leading provider of fire and life safety services in the U.S. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support profitability and strategic consistency across more than 53 district offices nationwide. This role involves analyzing market data to develop actionable rate structures that align corporate financial goals with local market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze diverse market data to recommend rate adjustments balancing competitive local pricing with corporate margin goals.
- Collaborate with General Managers and sales teams to establish and maintain base pricing reflecting regional labor costs and service complexities.
- Lead configuration and maintenance of pricing logic within NetSuite to ensure smooth quote-to-cash processes.
- Develop and manage dynamic pricing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to provide leadership with real-time insights into price realization and leakage.
- Document and share best practices for quoting and pricing adjustments to standardize processes.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics, preferably within a multi-site service industry.
- Advanced Excel skills and professional experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field leaders and translate financial data into operational strategies.
- Prior experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise pricing systems is highly preferred.
- Self-starter capable of making quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for district support.
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
