Overview
A healthcare technology organization is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support new business and renewal pricing strategies. This role is essential for scaling the pricing team as the company grows and involves ownership of account-level pricing for new and renewing clients. The Pricing Analyst will continuously improve pricing models and processes, playing a key role in driving revenue across the book of business. This position is suited for an analytical individual passionate about healthcare and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new clients and renewals, escalating complex quotes as needed.
- Analyze and communicate the financial impact of pricing decisions.
- Collaborate on improving pricing models using projected and actual healthcare costs, understanding the relationship between pricing and the financial plan.
- Assist in building and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the performance of the book of business and its intersection with the financial plan.
- Help develop processes and policies to support continuous improvement in financial planning and pricing decisions.
- Maintain pricing models and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an analytical role.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Desire to work in a high-performing, mission-driven team with a strong sense of individual accountability and commitment to authentic feedback.

- Experience in the health insurance industry.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $35-$40 per hour.
- Contract duration: through the end of October.
- Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
Location
- The organization is headquartered in New York City.
- This position is remote with occasional travel to headquarters required.
