Program Control Analyst

Overview

This position is fully remote.

The organization operates in the defense sector, providing advanced technology and innovative solutions to support national security. Since 1968, it has partnered with the Department of Defense to deliver projects across areas such as cybersecurity, IT, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Examine budget estimates for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain financial records.
• Prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and coordinate funding requests.
• Track budget milestones and ensure accurate financial data entry.
• Collect and verify cost data for quarterly reviews.
• Maintain financial tracking systems for real-time funding visibility.
• Receive direction and mentoring from senior staff.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline plus 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in program control or budgeting.
• Proficiency with financial software such as GFEBS or DEAMS.
• Experience with military logistics financial reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Projected compensation range: $62,400.00 to $103,700.00.
• Compensation is influenced by factors including experience, skills, location, education, certifications, and applicable government contract labor categories.
