Overview

A remote position is available for a QuickBooks Expert to provide accounting and bookkeeping support primarily through omnichannel chat platforms. This role involves assisting small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients with financial queries and bookkeeping guidance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via omnichannel chat platforms
• Address accounting-related questions requiring in-depth financial expertise
• Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidance
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate responses
• Complete assigned tasks involving PowerPoint presentations or documentation as needed

Requirements

• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Prior experience in omnichannel or chat-based customer support
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
• Ability to handle complex, data-heavy accounting queries
• Candidates must have their own laptop or working machine (no equipment provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SMB clients
• Hands-on accounting experience as an SMB business owner
• Previous roles as domain experts in accounting or finance support
• Experience managing high-volume, data-intensive queries
