Overview

A finance team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting processes. This role includes preparing financial reports, maintaining asset records, and managing tax returns and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review financial records and reports for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning
• Prepare tax returns in accordance with regulations
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
• Manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Collaborate with departments to streamline procedures and enhance financial reporting systems

Requirements

• CPA licensure is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
