Remote CPA Accountant / Relationship Manager

Overview

This organization is hiring a CPA Accountant/Relationship Manager to support growth. The role is 100% remote and is a permanent, direct hire position.

You must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, while maintaining flexibility outside of those hours. The starting salary is $85,000 with 40-hour weeks year-round.

Compensation Path:

• $85,000 (50 clients)
• $125,000 (75 clients)
• $165,000 (100 clients)
• Up to $205,000 salary (125 clients)
• Possible equity after reaching $205,000

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly reports
• Support tax planning
• Process payroll
• Handle 1099 reporting
• Complete annual report filings
• Split time between:
  • 20 hours/week of technical work
  • 10–20 hours/week of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation

Requirements

• Must be a CPA
• Must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA experience with small to medium-sized firm(s) required
• Strong communication skills

• Path to salary: up to $205,000 based on the client milestones listed above
